We will never sell, trade or otherwise disclose your personal information unless compelled to do so for legal reasons or to investigate violations of the law and our terms of service.
In order to use QueryMaster we require that you register using a valid e-mail address. Your e-mail is used to send you registration information, recover your password in case you forget it, send you receipts and billing reminders and similar communications regarding your order and our service. You can change your e-mail address at any time through the My Account page.
We offer an occasional e-mail newsletter that you can sign up for. The e-mail newsletter is strictly opt-in and you can opt-out at any time. In other words, you will only receive our e-mail newsletter if you request it and every e-mail newsletter provides a link that allows you to stop receiving any future e-mails.
If you send us an e-mail we will use your e-mail to communicate with you on the matter.
QueryMaster offers e-mail digests to track content and conversations of your choice. By default, e-mail digests are off. You must choose to enable e-mail digests and select the frequency of mailings. You can change these settings anytime through the Feeds and Digest page.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of data containing a unique identifier which is sent to your browser when using QueryMaster. This allows us to manage your session and store your preferences among other uses. Cookies are required to use QueryMaster.
Server Logs
Our web server accumulates information on the traffic we receive. It records the page requests, date and time of requests, visitors' domain names and IP addresses among other information. This information does not reveal personal information about your name, e-mail address, or other data that would identify you. We view this information in aggregate and analyze it over time to assess traffic, determine performance, plan improvements and investigate problems.
My Profile
You can choose to share information about yourself with other users of QueryMaster through the My Profile feature found on the My Account page. You can decide whether to share your profile by turning it on or off and you can choose how much information you wish to share about yourself with others.
Comments
If you choose to add comments to documents in QueryMaster, your comments will be viewable by other users. Every comment you post will include your username. If you choose to share any information through My Profile users will be able to click your username to view your profile.
Other Web Sites
QueryMaster provides links to several other web sites. We make no representations about the privacy practices and policies of these sites.
Personal Notes
If you choose to add private comments in QueryMaster, only you will be able to view, manage, edit and delete these private comments. No other users or administrators can view or access your private comments. You are able to export your private comments from QueryMaster at any time.
